Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Sent the wrong colour in error but when I rang Alice sent the right one the same day and I returned the one I received.My friend was absolutely delighted with the scarf and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this lovely shop again . Great product and customer service !

I love this cashmere triangle scarf. It’s so soft and comfortable to wear. The grey and the navy is a brilliant colour combination, it goes with so many things. Easy to wear in the summer with a T-shirt for extra warmth when needed and I’m sure I’ll get lots of wear in the colder months. Had lots of compliments too.
