All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Such a useful item! I have several of them and, despite being big enough for two, even three items, I never have enough. I don't know whether the design has been changed or whether the last time I got a faulty bag, but you can see from my photo that this protective bag has only one drawstring, whereas the older ones I own all have 2 drawstrings. It's not a huge deal, but personally I prefer 2 drawstrings because they make it slightly easier to use and overall more protective. I'd advise NNC not to change the design. I gave 4 stars to draw the attention of the people at NNC on this issue, but the protective bags deserve full marks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I buy these Nearly New Cashmere moth/dust protector bags with nearly every purchase. I usually protect my cashmere in the lovely bags and then in a plastic box. I am getting quite a little corner of cashmere in my bedroom well protected from the moths! Thank you all - such a great business!

Have several of these and they’re really useful for storing cashmere. I also use them for my cashmere scarves and wraps. Could they be in larger sizes please for chunky jumpers and extra thick wraps.

This is great, I wish I'd bought a handful, but will get more with my next top. The bag comfortably fits one medium/large jumper, and I've easily added a second medium sized one in too. Solid material and a tight closing well made drawstring. These are an excellent safe option for neat storage.
