Shipping Policy
We process all orders by the end of the next working day after you receive your order confirmation email (weekends and holidays excluded). You'll then get a second email once your order has shipped.
Our courier collects packages from our office in Masham every weekday. Once a package has been picked up, we're unable to control any postal issues, such as delays caused by the carrier.
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight of your order.
Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24hr) is £4.85 and usually arrives in 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Free shipping applies to UK orders over £100.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on weight. International orders are shipped on a tracked service by Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery time estimates are given at checkout.
USA: Orders of any value are subject to an (estimated) 10% tariff, which we collect from you at checkout and pay to the American government. There will be no unexpected charges and delivery will be as smooth as always.
EU Countries: For orders under €150, there will be no additional charges due to the IOSS scheme. You may incur additional duties on orders over €150.
For the following countries, duties will be displayed and paid at checkout and your parcel will be sent via a 'Delivery Duty Paid' service: Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Norway, Switzerland, Czechia, Denmark, Spain, Sweden.
Rest of World: Your order may be subject to additional duties as it enters your country or before delivery can be completed.
Occasionally international orders take longer to arrive than we would like. Please be patient as they are very rarely lost. Free shipping thresholds vary from country to country. Duty may be charged upon delivery for international orders.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our shop in Masham. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 working days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Tuesday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Checking Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nearlynewcashmere.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept a return or exchange within 28 days of your original order’s delivery date, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately at this time we do not provide free shipping labels for returns.
