FAQs
What does 'nearly new' mean?
All of our knitwear is 100% cashmere and second-hand. We handpick all of our jumpers to ensure the best possible quality. Then we launder, recondition and complete any minor repairs needed to make them look like new.
Where do you source your cashmere?
We find our cashmere all over the place! We also buy cashmere from our customers in return for a voucher. We offer a £10 voucher for any jumper we can sell as a jumper or £2.50-£5.00 for any jumper we have to make into other things depending on their size and colour.
How do you size your knitwear?
Sizing can vary greatly across different manufacturers. To make it easier for you to find the right fit, we use the following guide when we label our cashmere. Please see each individual product description for the most accurate measurements.
S | 8-10 | 34"- 36" | ||
M | 12-14 | 38"- 40" | ||
L | 16-18 | 42" - 44" | ||
XL | 20+ | 44"+ |
