What does 'nearly new' mean?
All of our knitwear is 100% cashmere and second-hand. We handpick all of our jumpers to ensure the best possible quality. Then we launder, recondition and complete any minor repairs needed to make them look like new.
Where do you source your cashmere?
We find our cashmere all over the place! We also buy cashmere from our customers in return for a voucher. We offer a £10 voucher for any jumper we can sell as a jumper or £2.50-£5.00 for any jumper we have to make into other things depending on their size and colour. We don’t take any shrunk jumpers.
How do you size your knitwear?
Sizing can vary greatly across different manufacturers. To make it easier for you to find the right fit, we use the following guide when we label our cashmere. Please see each individual product description for the most accurate measurements.
42" - 44"
What is your return policy?
You are welcome to return any order within 28 days of your purchase. Your items must be in their original packaging, with labels and in the same condition in which they were received. We are a small company and so unfortunately at the moment we do not pay for return postage. Please post your return to 5 Leyburn Road, Masham, Ripon, HG4 4ER. Your refund will be issued within 5-10 working days.
Do you offer exchanges?

Do you repair cashmere?
Yes we can add cashmere elbow patches and we can also wash and recondition your own jumper. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details on pricing for you specific needs.
How can I wash my cashmere?
You can wash your cashmere at 30 degrees celsius. Remember to follow with a fast spin and dry flat.
How do you get rid of bobbles?
We have tried and tested many ways to remove bobbles. Our favourite is the Phillips battery powered lint remover.
