All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Lovely item, very soft and cosy. These were a repeat buy because I lost my previous pair! Reasonably priced compared to competitors and I love that they are made from upcycled materials. Would definitely recommend
The fingers gloves are just what I needed to keep my hands warm and thay match my coat thay are so soft as well xx
I suffer with Raynards and therefor my hands & feet are permanantly cold unless I where my mittons. they are essential also I'm sorry I can't take a picture or make a video of my hands.

I bought my wife a gift of the dark navy blue fingerless gloves. They fit really well and will be well used this winter. I bought these gloves in addition to a deep navy blue shawl. They are a perfect match. Very high quality yarn and construction. It hasn’t gotten chilly enough here in Chicago but it will soon enough. I look forward to wearing.

Gorgeous fingerless gloves in the softest cashmere. I've had plenty of use out of them during the cold weather over the last week! I will definitely be buying a few more pairs in other colours.
Very handy. I would have liked the feature to roll them down slightly along the lenght of the fingers.

What I love most about these fingerless gloves, apart from wearing them, is that they are rescued from what would probably be 'destination landfill' by fabulous human beings in Yorkshire, who sew new life into end of life cashmere, and send them out into the world again. Ali and her glorious team are a great British example of the cyclical economy working, and working with pzazz.
