Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Loved the ‘shaver’ to revive jumpers. Washing liquid also very effective and gentle for cashmere. Jumpers are stored in new bags for next winter. All round recommended.

This bundle was really good value. I gifted one of the bags to a friend who was asking how I stored my cashmere. The bags are of a good quality and size. The bobble remover is a much safer way to remove any signs of wear safely and I like the fact that it is rechargeable and not battery operated. I haven't used the wash but I am convinced it will be as good as everything else Ali and the team supply.
