Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

I’ve been eyeing a hood since their initial release and after putting it off for so long I want to kick myself! I wear glasses and often beanies make wearing them unforgettable. The hood is brilliant! My head and ears stay warm thanks to the double layers, the frames aren’t being smooshed against my head, or the beanie isn’t sliding up. The bonus is not having your hair look a fright as well! So glad I finally grabbed one.
