Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Not as soft a I would have liked and I ordered the free socks. My order went through my bank account, but they wrote and said I shouldn’t have been able to order them. They refunded my money, but this leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Pity!

Store owner replied: Hello Linda, we are so sorry about the confusion with the free socks. We offered free fingerless gloves, socks and fabric shavers as part of our Black Friday sale for orders over £150 but you you placed an order for the free socks only, without adding any other item to your basket. This was a technical glitch and we apologise as it should not have happened. When we discovered the problem we cancelled the order and refunded the £4.85 shipping fee that you had paid. We hope you appreciate that while our sale was intended to add value for customers, we would not remain in business for long if we simply sent out free items with no purchase involved.
