Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

I just love this. I now have 2. 1 in grey and one in navy. I love both. They are super soft, very well made. I have a designer one that is similar and to be honest, I wish I had jot bought that one. No difference in quality but about 4 times the cost. Please keep getting great quality for less! Thank you all.

This is an extraordinary piece, wow! The size is fabulous, however, what stands out is the quality of the cashmere and the knit. Shipping was incredible, I it arrived in one day (to my hotel in London, granted.) Packaged with care and intention.
