Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

I had been admiring the cashmere ponchos for some time so when my favourite orange went on sale I made the purchase. The quality is excellent and the colour a rich and vibrant orange perfect for all seasons. The poncho is a generous length and will definitely keep me toasty warm in the winter. I think the wraps are more popular but I hope more ponchos are added to the site soon I’d love another colour
