All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

This is a gorgeous generous wrap of lovely quality and weight. I love the buttery yellow colour which gets me out of my blacks and navy or at least elevates them. Highly recommend this luxury product - I love mine.

I'm delighted with my Alex Begg cashmere wrap. It's a substantial size and feels beautiful. I love everything about it - the feel, the colour, the size and of course knowing that it's an absolute bargain always helps. I can't recommend the company enough for the detailed way you list your products including good quality photos, to the prompt delivery service with email notifications throughout the process. I've not had to return anything due to the quality of all the socials and website content.
