Very pleased with my cashmere scarf. It arrived promptly, nicely packed and of a good quality. It matches nicely with the handbag and shoes I will be wearing to an autumn wedding. The scarf will provide some warmth if it’s a bit chilly.

Although I am happy with it I was disappointed that the colour was not nearly as vibrant and shown by you. If the colour was true to picture I would have ordered more.

Store owner replied: Thank you for letting us know, and I'm sorry the colour wasn't as vibrant as it appeared in the photo. Screen displays can sometimes make colours look brighter than in person, but I appreciate that's disappointing when it affects how much you'd like to order. I'll pass this feedback on so we can look at how the colour is represented in our photography.
