Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Having been a little uncertain on sizing's, I risked it, as I love and wanted a sleeveless layer in ice blue. The team online answered my queries which gave me confidence. Well, Its absolutely fabulous. The S (8/10) fits me (a 10 normally) really well. The colour is gorgeous, its so incredibly soft and the right warmth for mid season layering.
