All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Reveived it it just before my 14 hour flight to Chile , so I put it over a shirt , under a light jacket . Despite varying temperatures I never took it off, it regulated from cold to warm and felt like a cosy second skin. Thicker than I had anticipated, a nice surprise! It will go with me everywhere, I love it.
