All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

I have a Medium in 4 out of 5 colours (not purchased the black - yet)! Highly recommend for quality, price and choice of colour but could always do with more colours! Ideal for all seasons layered on top of shirts or over a long sleeve t.shirt and a thicker jumper over the top for winter. Love Nearly New Cashmere.

i v much love the. idea of the cashmere shirt but the sleeves were too tights and i feel they should also be a little longer. i do have muscely arms but the cut just doesn’t work for me. I am curious if anyone else has the same issues.

We include accurate measurements on our product page, however we understand that trying something on is completely different to looking at measurements. This beautiful jumper arrived very quickly and well packaged. The medium size is perfect for a UK size 12, it’s not too big and hang well on my body. I’m 5’3” tall with a small bust and wear a 38B bra if this helps. I wouldn’t want the size smaller. It feels lovely and looks great.
