All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Great quality, lovely and soft. I will wear this a lot. It was a little larger than I expected but I didn’t check the measurements and it will keep me warmer during the transition to spring. Highly recommended; I am looking at other colours as I’d like a clear baby pink - muddy colours make me look jaundiced! Any tips?
