All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Lovely, soft, warm. I love accessories and couldn't pass on this cashmere triangle scarf. Good size, you cam wear it in more than one way, although my favourite style is the one in the photo. I chose the one in mulberry, lined in blue, but there are so many options available on the website! This scarf adds a touch of something special to any outfit 😊.

This is my fourth triangle scarf. The last one I purchased was the Strawberry Blush and it was not your usual quality. I spoke with your customer services person about it, so have moved on from that unhappy order. When I saw the Mulberry I knew I had to give you another chance AND thankfully it is the same wonderful soft cashmere that my other two scarves (teal and loden) are so I have been won over again. :) Thanks!

Beautifully soft and light, but still warm. The triangle shape sits really well without feeling bulky, and the mulberry and navy combination is gorgeous. Very easy to wear and instantly makes a simple outfit look finished. I have this scarf in navy and chalk, and forest green and navy, too, and love how versatile they are.
