All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

This is my second purchase ( measured my J L before ordering and first order was a size L. I wear a J L size 18 , M S size 18 ) The particular cardigan is a ‘neater’ fit than I would have preferred. I kept the cardigan as I love the colour , and , many pieces are ‘one of ‘. Second purchase I ordered next size up. This is much bigger and looser. I will keep this waistcoat , again because o love the colour. Likely wear it on top of a cardigan , rather than on top of a slimmer lighter garment. I will need to belt it , to cinch it in Why not return for smaller size ? I think I am ‘between ‘ sizes.
