Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

So glad I found this shopping venue! The information and videos shared are always of interest. I ordered 2 "Paris" (a favorite city) themed Italian scarves, and they are quite lovely. One for me, and one as a gift to be saved for a Christmas present. While 2 sweaters I ordered didn't fit me properly, and needed to be returned, there was nothing wrong with the quality.
