Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

I love this sweater so much that I own it in two colors, and both are equally pretty. The fit is slouchy but not overwhelming, and you can wear the neck and cuffs folded or unfolded. It’s warm, cozy, and cheerful. What more could you ask for in a sweater?! Thank you for another great purchase.

Initially, I made an error by ordering the wrong size, too late to correct as it had confirmed my purchase. Oh no ! my heart sank as only limited stock plus, I am in Australia and postage is quite expensive. Yet, after quickly emailing NNC team they replied with a successful correction to my size. It is the most beautiful garment and great fit. I want to thank you for wonderful service over the years.
