All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Very prompt delivery of the wrap. Pretty ice pink as shown in photos. I have rated 4/5 as the softness isn’t quite there but for the money it’s excellent value. Would definitely recommend and will be back for other colours.

It’s better than I expected, super soft and a beautiful pale shade of pink. It is soft and cosy.
