All orders are processed by the end of the following working day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Packages are collected from our office/shop location in Masham by the courier every weekday. Once the package has been picked up, we are not able to control any postal service problems such as delays caused by the carrier.

Such a pretty color. I don't normally wear bright colors but it looked so pretty on Ali. Shipping is so fast too. I also love that it can be worn as a scarf. Love these ladies and their business!

Great quality at a very reasonable price. Also, a most practical wardrobe item. Feel that a lot of careful consideration has been given to the design so that it’s not too bulky as a scarf but still big enough to wrap around shoulders as a light shawl. It’s inevitable…more of these in different colours are sure to be finding their way into my wardrobe. Delivery, communications and returns service all tested and all found excellent, too.

I purchased this wrap for a friend’s birthday. It was sealed in a bag so I gift wrapped it and didn’t get to see it until it was opened. It’s beautiful, great size, quality and colour. The recipient was thrilled, she hasn’t worn it yet as her birthday was in the middle of the heatwave.

The product is fine. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged and as described. What I didn't like was signing-up for the purchase and then being immediately bombarded with promotional emails. I unsubscribed immediately. It's a horrific unthoughtful approach which immediately ruined any respect I had for the so-called ethics and values of the retailer.
Beautiful, soft and warm and a generous size - wore it on the plane to Spain - evening walks - wraps up small - I’m going to get my wear from this and the colour is just stunning (hot pink) - just mustn’t lose or it leave it anywhere - would recommend - my sister eyeing it up already

I had been struggling to find a pop of colour and something to add warmth for a wedding (you never know with the uk weather). This is perfect. Not too bulky, a beautiful pink. I anticipate lots of wear.
