Here we have a 1960 scarf considered rare by collectors. Designed by Anne Gavarni  and François de la Perriere- living up to its title ‘The Mushrooms’.  Although the silk is sound and the hems remain plump and it is immaculately clean, there is extensive discolouration over the central part of the scarf hence the price. Made in France and measuring 33 inches square.
