Designed by Joachim Metz and first issued in 1998 and this was the only issue. Considered relatively rare and therefore interesting to collect us. Completely brand-new and pristine in original packaging. Nautical themed design referring to the railings on a sailing ship.  Made in France measuring 35 inches square.
